On this first months at DBS, I have gotten the opportunity to be presented to many good tools that will help me in the future in my professionell work. Google Analytics could be used to understand performance, costumers and there costumer experience. It can help us to develop and understand what ads work and not, identify errors and develop our products. I am currently in charge of a streetwear company's Google Analytics and I am gathering information their costumers to create costumer profiles and costumer personas.
